Useful information for you
What time can I collect the keys, when can I cancel the booking without penalty, are pets allowed? Below are some of the most important information to know. In case of doubts or special requests, feel free to contact us.
Check-in e check-out
On the day of arrival, the suites and apartments are available from 2 pm. Collect the key at the reception of our partner Grand Hotel Riva, a five-minute walk away.
On the day of departure, check-out time is by 10:00 am.
Supplements
- Prices valid for up to 4 people per night for minimum stays of 7 nights
- Short stays (less than 7 nights): + 10%
Confirmatory deposit
In order to make the stay binding, at the time of booking we ask for a confirmatory deposit equal to 50% of the total amount, to be paid by bank transfer or by providing a credit card as guarantee.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 8 days before the arrival date, cancellation is free.
- From 7 days to 3 days before the arrival date, a 50% penalty will be applied.
- In case of no show the penalty is 100%.
- In case of late arrival or early departure there is no refund.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Smoking
The structure is entirely non-smoking: therefore, please do not smoke indoors or on the balcony.
